Philosophy as Development of Conceptual Technologies

Abstract



In this paper we would like to construe Wittgenstein’s later approach to philosophy
as resulting from the application of a particular problem-solving technique. By doing
so, we hope to catch a glimpse not only of the limits to this approach but also of
the ways by which it may be further applied and improved.
