Language and Responsibility
Abstract
In this paper, I develop a general implication of a Wittgensteinian view of language,
namely that all instances of language use involves an element of freedom and thus of
personal responsibility. In the first section, I unfold the background for this idea
while I in the second look at how we distinguish between the responsibilities we face
in language.
